About the league
The Middlesex Young Athetes League is an athletics league for junior athletes competing for clubs in the London region. For the 2023 season the following clubs will be taking part:

- Ealing Eagles
- Ealing, Southall & Middlesex
- Enfield & Haringey
- Harrow
- Highgate Harriers
- London Heathside
- Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers
- Thames Valley Harriers
There are 4 meetings per year all with electronic timing.
